1.The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Trade License, Vat Registration and Income Tax Certificate. 2. Tenderer must submit Credit Line (as per PG:3 format) or Bank Statement reflecting minimum 30 (Thirty) lac Taka as liquid asset. 3. Tenderer should have experience on supplying of pump for Water Treatment Plant of minimum amount of 15 (Fifteen) lac Taka in a single contract in last 03 (Three) years. 4.The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Import Registration Certificate (IRC). 5. The tenderer must submit authorization letter from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).Back to back authorization will acceptable. 6. Tenderer shall have to submit Certificate that offered items must meet the design specification of the Units and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification. 7. Tenderer must submit Guarantee / Warranty Certificate for the equipment/ items/commissioning and its satisfactory performance 1 (One) years from the date of successful commission. 8. Tenderer shall have to submit Sufficient relevant Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) drawings, Operation & Maintenance Manual, technical specifications, technical data sheet and test report of the offere item. 9.Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favour of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of DD/Pay order from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
10. Tenderer must submit confirmation letter for installation of the RO pump as per (OEM) Grundfos manual guideline. 11. The Tenderer must fulfil other conditions as per Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
