All valid tenderer as per PPR-2008 with sound/adequate supply records (05 Contract / 05 Years) of the tendered item.

• All Eligible Tenderers who have work Experience in the relevant field. 
• The Tenderer Must have experience in Supply to Government Organization.
• The minimum specific experience of similar nature job and related services shall be: At least 03 (Three) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years. with a value of at least BDT 85 (eighty five) Lac only i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. Must have Experience in supply of minimum 10 Lac similar Envelope.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 1.0 Crore
• Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
