Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. Valid Trade license
2. Up to date Income TAX certificate 3. VAT Resistration Certificate. 4. Income TAX Return Acknowledgement Slip of last financial Year. 5. Having experience of Air Cooler maintenance and repair work with minimum taka 6,00,000/- (Six Lac) under a Single Contract in any BPDB Power plant or any Government owned Power Plant / Private Power Plant within last 03 (Three) years (Experience Certificate must be shown). 6.Must Submit the assurance certificate to provide necessary maintenance works as required by a dedicated Technical team Having Minimum 3 (Three) Person (1 Technician, 1 Helper, 1 Inspector/Supervisor).
Annual Maintenance & Repair Work of air cooler with supply of spare parts, refrigerants etc for office, control room of unit 7, New Rest house ,New Medical Centre, New store& Dormetory-3, of GPS in FY 2023-24.
