All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. The following conditions shall be considered: 1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system- TDMS. 2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc) of the Tenders as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time. 3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail. 4. The tenderer shall submit item wise Rate Analysis with the tender through e-GP system.Other wise the tender shall not be considered for evaluation. 5. Tenderer of Poor Performance shall not be eligible for this tender. 6. The tenderer must have his owned/leased asphalt plant. With the tender Document, tenderer shall have to submit location of Asphalt Plant which shall have to be located at such a distance from Kishoreganj Headquarters that Asphalt Material can readily be available at any time at the requisition of the Engineer- in-Charge. N.B: If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measurres shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
