The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Updated 2023-2024 MSR Trade License.
2. Income Tax Certificate for Assessment Year 2023-2024.
3. Copy of Income Tax Return for Assessment Year 2023-2024
4. 13 Digit BIN Certificate
5. Copy of last 03 months BIN return online copy.
6. Updated (2023) Chamber of Commerce Certificate and Payment Deposit Receipt.
7. Tenderer must submit previous 03 (Three) years Audit report from a reputed Audit Firm.
8. Notarized Affidavit of Sole Proprietorship declaration in case of sole proprietorship or RJSC certificate in case of Limited Companies.
9. Copy of National Identity Card (NID).
10. Copy of Citizenship Certificate.
11. Attested Specimen Signature of tenderer on Company Letter Head Pad.
12. Recent Passport size Colour Photo of tenderer.
13. Original Manufacturer's Authorization Letter in the specified format of e-GP.
Note:
1. Bidders must submit bids under SR rate. Abnormal rates are not acceptable.
2. Work order will be provided as per rule and bills will be paid subject to receipt of survey committee certification after collection of goods as per work order. Income tax and VAT will be deducted from the bill submitted by the supplier as per government rules.
3. If Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) want to examine all original documents, Tenderer is bound to submit (Refundable).
4. Submitted documents will be checked online or by direct mailing with authority. In case of submission of any fraudulent document, Tender will be rejected and tenderer or company will be directly blacklisted by the authority without any notice.
5. If any tenderer doses not fulfill properly the Tender Information Form (e-PG3-2), tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
6. If needed the bidder must submit samples as per TEC requirement.
7. PE may take appropriate legal action against any person who violates the rules of PPA-2006 and PPR-2008, files any complaint, disturbs public interest, or obstructs procurement by false information. |
