| TDS/PDS--D. Tender Preparation-- |
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents: 11. At least One (01) Sample for each item specified in Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG3-3A) will have to be submitted to the Procuring Entity (PE) in a sealed packet by courier/hand delivery on/before the tender closing time.The quality of the goods is the vital evaluation criteria of this tender. If the quality of the goods are not up to the marks to Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) then the tender will be considered as non-responsive. The sealed packet will be opened by Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC). The sample is refundable after the signing of contract. 12. At least 01 (One) no. of Manufacturer’s Supply Experience for major offered or higher rating items within the last 8 (Eight) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The Supply Experience covering at least 25% of the Tendered Quantity in a single Contract will be considered only.
13. At least 01 (One) no. of Manufacturer’s Satisfactory Performance Certificates (supported by the supply record) from End User depicting that major offered or higher rating item has been supplied within last 08 (Eight) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The Satisfactory Performance Certificate(s) shall be in End User’s official pad in English and shall contain End User’s full mailing address, e-mail address, website address, fax/telephone number for the convenience of authentication. 14. Type Test Certificates & Reports: Type test Certificates and reports along with test results for the offered or higher rating safety tools to the tender document shall be submitted with the offer from Internationally reputed Independent testing laboratory as per Standards specified in GTP and Specifications attached in section 6 (Drawings). Note: If required, Purchaser will authenticate Type Test Certificates & Reports from the Certificates & Reports issuing laboratory. The certificates and Reports shall contain laboratory’s full mailing address, e-mail address, website address and fax/telephone number for the convenience of authentication. If these information are not mentioned in the Certificates & Reports, all these information should be mentioned in the Letter head pad of the manufacturer duly seal & signed by the manufacturer representative. The tenderer will bear all cost of test report authentication. ****Note: clause no. 12 & 13 is additional requirement not rejection clause.
