The Required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk.8.70 Lac over the last 5(Five) years. 3. The Minimum amount of Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.6.00 Lac. * As per the latest amendment of PPR-2008, tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10(Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected. * Please submit documents according to the TDS.
