Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. All individuals/firms of Bangladesh, who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS). 2. The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/design/budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained. 3. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No claim in this regard shall be entertained. 4. The contractors, who are interested to participate the tender are requested to read the Notice and Tender Data Sheet (TDS) thoroughly before submitting the tender. 5. Special Instruction: Tendererâ??s will be considered Non-responsive and liable for summary rejection if total quoted amount exceed 10% (ten percent) less or above than the Official cost Estimate as per latest amendment of PPA-2006, clause no. 31(2), New Sub clause 3, 4 and subsequent clause no. 98(31) & 98(32) of PPR-2008 will be applicable. In case of tie in total quoted amount among responsive tenderers the successful tenderer will be selected as per PPR-2008 of Clause-98, Sub clause-31 & 32 respectively.
