The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 3(Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 57,00,000.00 3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1,40,00,000.00 over the the last five 3(Three) years ( 2022-23,2021-22, 2020-21, ). 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 45,00,000.00 years
