As per ITT and TDS
1. Bill will be paid based on fund availability
2. Furniture has to be delivered according to Specification.
3. Furniture has to be delivered within the mentioned period, if failed to deliver in time, PE will take action according to GCC, PCC , PPA 2006 and PPR 2008
4. No furniture will be accepted if it is failed to fulfil the specification
5. Please Quote the rate considering the materials price fluctuation to ensure the quality of the product
6. Any rate, which is not realistic to the market price will not be considered in the evaluation process or will impose maximum percentage of performance security to ensure the quality and intime delivery of the product.
7.If Quoted Rate 5% or more Less, Analysis (Based on present market) have to be Attached/uploaded. otherwise tenderer will be considered as non-responsive
