The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:

1. Valid allied Trade license (2023-2024).
2. e-TIN Certificate with 2022-2023 Tax Clearance Certificate.
3. Online VAT Registration certificate (BIN-13 Digit)
4. Valid Chamber of Commerce Certificate.
5. Owner Affidavit with attested by 1st class magistrate.
6. The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past 3 (three) years.
7. If any tenderer quoted the price against any item or items is significantly below than the estimate cost; the tenderer will be treated disqualified.
8. Photocopies of all legal documents must be attested by first class gazetted officer with his ID number and Mobile number. If ID and Mobile number do not match then the bidder will be directly nonresponsive.
9. Tenderer shall be notarized that, the tenderer not be insolvent, be in receivership, be bankrupt, be in the process of bankruptcy, be not temporarily barred from undertaking business and it shall not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing.
10. The Tenderer will be supplied a sample of each item to the PE office before submission of tender. Received copy of sample supplied must be submit through e-Gp system.

N.B: Evaluation committee preserve the authority to declare null and void any tender proposal without mentioning any cause. Evaluation committee is not bound to accept lowest rate proposed. Evaluation committee preserve the authority to increase or decrease any amount of scheduled item, even may decide not to buy any item asked for proposal. In any case of any issue not mentioned in above rules, TEC reserve authority to declare final decision. No tenderer is allowed to ask for any quarry in case of rejected tender proposal declaration in company letter head pad.
Also kindly requested to provide all the documents correctly, asked not to submit unnecessary or excessive documents. The firm will be considered non-responsive if provide any additional documents those are not required.
