Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number years of general experience of the Tender in the construction work shall be 4 [four] years. 2. A satisfactory completion of Construction/ Renovetion works at least Tk 35 [thirty five] Lac under 1 [one] of contract(s) over a period of 4[four] years shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate at Govt. / semi Govt./ Autonomous organization. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 35 [thirty five ] Lac over the last 4[four] years .(35 Lac *4=140 Lac). Must be submitted recent up to date Bank statement certificate /Audit report / Work completion certificate for comply the Tenderer construction Turnover. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or Unconditional credit facilities / Unconditional Bank Gurante of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40.00 [fourty] Lac .Must be submitted recent Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance / Unconditional credit facilities. 5.Tenderer will be rejected if the quoted price is more than 10.000% above or below the approved official estimated cost according Bangladesh Government Gazette and up-date Standered Tender documents of CPTU. 6.N:B. Others terms and condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
