Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.No arbitration award against the Tenderer over a period of last 3 (three) years. 2.The Tenderer shall have minimum 10 (Ten) years over all Experience. 3.The Tenderer must have minimum 05 (Five) number of work experiences in Government Sector. 4.The Tenderer must have work experience of minimum 1 (One) similar type of projects with the value of 4 crore Taka in a single contract in Government Sector within last 03 years. 5.The Tenderer should have minimum 05 (Five) Crore taka work experience of Network Security solution Project Under Single Contract/ Work Order. 6.The Bidder must have minimum 01 (One) number of work experiences for Managed Services in Government Sector with a value of minimum one (01) Crore Taka in a single contract. 7.Tenderer must be submitted Manufacturer Authorization letter from the OEM as per mentioned in the Technical Specification.The Tenderer must submit documentary evidence as proof of their claim failing of which the Tenderer would be treated as Non-Responsive. 8.Tenderer should have Certified Engineers who have capability for after sales support services. 9.Availability of minimum liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities or Line of facilities from a Bank of BDT 02 (two) Crore Taka. Documents should submit with bid documents. 10.The Tenderer must quote all item. Partial quotation not allowed. 11.The Tenderer must have ISO Certificates. 12.The Tenderer Should Complete the Project within 120 Days.
