• The Minimum specific experience in Pipeline construction / Repair & maintenance with Civil works of at least 1(one) Contract of Similar nature of works successfully completed within the last  05 (Five ) years with a value of at least BDT 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakh) Only.
• The Average annual construction turnover over the best Three (03) years of the last Five (05) years with a value of at least BDT 40,00,000 (Forty Lakh).
• The Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line BDT 25,00,000 (Twenty-Five Lakh).
• The Minimum Tender Capacity BDT 24,00,000 (Twenty-Four Lakh).
• Tender Security BDT-50,000/-(Fifty Thousand).
•  Tender must be enlisted with a 1.3 / 1.4 Category under Petrobangla or its companies.
• All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender Document
