a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) calendar years.
b) The minimum specific experience as manufacturer in production and supply of similar Goods (having overall diameter of not less than 17.35 mm for ACSR Merlin Conductor ) of minimum 2 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) calendar years from year of tender notice, each with a contract value of at least BDT 0.75 (Zero Point Seven five) Crore along with Performance Certificate of those satisfactorily completed supply within last 10 (ten) calendar years from year of tender notice from Gov electricity utility.
c) The minimum Supply and/or production capacity of goods is/ are: At least 1/6th of the tendered quantity per month.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Twice of the quoted amount of each package.
