1. Tenderers must have a satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [80.00 lakh] under [single] of contract(s) over a period of [last 5] years (Backward years Counting from the IFT date).
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderer shall be Tk [80.00] lakh (Only Bank Statement should be accepted ) & Bank Statement must be given in a day end balance Statement document (With Day end Closing & Next day Opening or Continuous Bank Statement). All such document must be in between Tender Publishing and Closing Date & Time
3. Name of Works Contract successfully completed during last 5 years from IFT date within only PE's Organization e-PW2-3 (A) and List of On-going Works and Current Commitment(s) during last 5 years from IFT date under all PE's Organization e-PW2-3(B) must be submitted at section 5 .( Form 3 & Form 4)
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [40 lakh] over the last [05] years.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: [60 lakh] (Tenderer must submit the current commitments work order).
6. The amount of the Tender Security shall be BDT 2.50 lakh (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand).
7. Tenderers must have Upto date EED License, income tax clearance, valid VAT Registration, Up to date trade license certificate, National ID.
8. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
9. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
