"1. All registered tenderer in E-GP system. 2. A Satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 75.00 lakh under 01 (One ) contract ( Bridge work) of last five years shall be required [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 135.00 lakh last five years [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper ]. 4. For Turn over : Turn Over shall be calculated on the basis of Payment certificate only issued by respective PE. 5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 30.00 lakh only. 6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 85.00 7. If any tenderer qualify more than one contract, cumulative experience criteria and financial criteria will be apply to select lowest tenderer. 8. In case of multiple number of contractual commitments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts/ contractual commitments 9. Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected"
