1) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the construction field.
2) Contractors of Govt./semi govt. and BPDB having experience in 33KV line construction works in a single contract successfully completed work wroth value of at least taka 30 (Thirty) lakh during the period of last 10 (ten) years.
3) The intending Tenderer must have valid updated Trade License (2016-2017), VAT & income tax clearance certificate (2015-2016), Valid ABC Electrical license etc
4) Minimum average annual construction turn over should be 80 ( eighty) lakh for this package over the period of last five years. Completed work certificate from Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies will be accepted. Any works certificate from Pvt. Sector will not be acceptable.
In support of annual turn over, experience, liquid assets, attested copies of work completion certificate, work order and schedule of works and bank solvency certificate with bank statement. Work completion certificate must be issued by the Executive Engineer or Equivalent.
5) The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital amount BDT 30 (thirty) lakh (steady balance for 7 (seven) days prior to submission of the tender) or credit facility (existing with available fund supported by bank statement) for this package.
6) Any conditional tender will be considered as non-responsive.
