Eligibility of Tenderer :	provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. 1 The tenderers must have his own Asphalt Batching Plant and concrete Batching Plant as specified in ITT 18.1 within the jurisdiction of Noakhali Road Circle under cumilla Zone. 2 It is mentioned here that during evaluation tenderers ongoing work performance (ADP works or PMP works ) under cumilla zone will be considered as a responsiveness of tenderers. 3.Tenderer's rates must be logical with the Prevailing market price. If any tenderer submit rate which is 5 % (Five percent) lower or higher than the official estimated cost he/she must submit rate analysis in favour of his/her submitted rate .
