Eligibility of Tenderer :	Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant : (1)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be three (3) years (2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar works/construction work under a single contract successfully completed within the last 05 ( Five) years, with a value of at least Tk 25700000.00 (Two croe fivty seven lac) Lakh. Necessary Institutional Certificate from Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous Organization must be furnished with the Bid Proposal. private org.cerficate are not allowed. (3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk: 40000000 (Four croe) over the period of best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. (4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk: 10000000 (One croe) (5) The bidder shall have capacity own or rent equpment for related works / similar works.
