a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 years.
b) The Tenderer must have satisfactory completion of telecommunication or similar works of at least Tk 6.00 Lakh under a single contract over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.The work completion certificates are to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is BDT 30.00 Lakh. Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of completion certificates which have been executed within last 05 years where best 03 years of last 05 years will be considered. All work completion certificates must be enclosed along with the tender.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 8.00 Lakh. Working capital or credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)" which is attached in Tender Document (Section-08). Otherwise, the submitted tender will be treated as Technically Non-Responsive.
e) The required minimum Tender Capacity is BDT 7.00 Lakh.
f) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
g) Up-to-date trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, Income Tax clearance certificate etc. to be submitted.
h) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of bidding documents must be fulfilled.
i) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2008 and its amendment.
