Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in Education Engineering Department(EED) without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender according to Prime Minister Gazette. 2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] 3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature (Construction of Academic Building work), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years only in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organisation, each with a value of at least Tk. 500.00 lac [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] 4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 800.00 lac over the last 5 (five) years. 5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 300.00 lac 6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.700.00 lac 7. The amount of Performance Security shall be 5% to 25% of the total contract price as per PPR 2008 rule 27(2). 8.
