a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years. The year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.

b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under maximum two contracts with a total value of at least Tk 14.00 (fourteen) Crore of similar nature complexity and method/construction technology successful completed within the last 5 years: year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.

Experience in similar contracts means experience in related works mainly Fecal Sludge and Solid Waste Management System.

During the tender evaluation process, the specific experience of the tenderer within a JV/Consortium will be assessed in proportion to the tenderer's shareholding.

The 'Completion Certificate' should contain detailed information regarding the works completed by prime partners, subcontractors, or management contractors, including their corresponding work values. All completion certificates must follow to the standard format (2pages) outlined by CPTU (attached in system).

Throughout the tender evaluation process, the tenderer's experience within Joint Ventures (JV), Consortia, Management Contracts, or Sub-contracts will undergo thorough assessment, with consideration given to the proportion of the tenderer's shareholding/corresponding work values.

Incase of JV or Sub-contractors the ratio or value of the experience must be supported by the deed of Agreement which was submitted in that tender. (Components/Activities: reference drawn to Sub-contractor Information)
