a)Reputed contractors/construction firms having minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in construction works.
b)(i)Having specific experience as a prime contractor in successful completion of at least 01(one)number of similar nature of work of Tk.35.00 (Thirty five) Lac including Electro Mechanical work in a single contract in Government/Semi- Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years.Last 5 years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT (ii)In case of the work done under PWD the certifying & authenticating authority shall be the concerned EE.
(iii)In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Org. other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district. c)The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover amounting Tk.55.00 (Fifty Five) Lac .This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector.
d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.35.00 (Thirty five) Lac.
e)Minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.42.00 (Forty two)lac
f)Tenderer must submit:
i)upto date trade license,VAT reg certificate, income tax clearance certificate.
ii)Upto date ABC category contractory & electrical supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board,GoB.
iii)Authorization Document from Manufacturer/Distributor
g)Acceptance of the World Bank’s Anticorruption Guidelines duly signed attached in Tender document.
h)Others- as per TDS.
