The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 2.25 Crore
The following formulae shall be used to calculate the Tender Capacity
Assessed Tender Capacity = (A*N*1.5-B)
Where
A=Maximum value of Works performed in any one year during last five years
N= Completion time of the proposed work in years
B= Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next N Years
i) Tender Capacity Calculation Sheet ( Both hard copy and Excel Sheet soft copy as per attached file in Section 8)
ii) On-going works value Calculation ( Both hard copy and Excel Sheet soft copy as per attached file in Section 8)
iii) Documentary evidence of ongoing works ( Work order/ Notice to Commence and certified Latest bill copy)

The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) Single contract of Installation of Sign/signal & Cantilever sign etc. works successfully completed within the last five years value of at least Tk. 2.00(Two) crore in any National/Regional/Zilla highways.(years counting backward from the date of publication of the Tender).

The Tenderer must submit with the tender the above mentioned work certificates from the concerned Executive
Engineer/Project
Manager/Project Director. In case of the experience in Roads and Highways Department in Bangladesh the
attested copy of the requisite
certificate for experience as stated above shall be from concerned Executive Engineer/Project Manager/Project
Director of Roads and
Highways Department and shall be submitted along with tender. In case of the experience in an organization other
than Roads and
Highways Department in Bangladesh, the above mentioned certificate shall be from the concerned Executive
Engineer/Project Manager
/Project Director and the same certificate shall also be examined and countersigned by the Executive Engineer,
RHD where the work has
been constructed. The Original or attested copy of the above certificate is acceptable. Note : (i) The work
certificate(s) shall clearly state:
(a) Name of work.
(b) Name of the contractor
(c) Location of the work
(d) Date of signing the contract
(e) Time for completion of the work as per contract agreement.
(f) Value of the work as per contract agreement.
(g) Value of the work after completion.
(h) Date of actual completion.
(i) The tenderer must submit with the tender the above-mentioned work certificate(s) from the concerned Executive
Engineer or Project
Manager or Project Director or appropriate authority.
