.2) A satisfactory completion of similar types of works at least Tk 4.00 Lakh Lac under a single of contract over a period of 05(Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3.00lakh over the last 05(Five) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal. Necessary Working/Payment certificates along with a seperate sheet showing calculation of average annual construction turnover shall be submitted with the tender.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities(without any condition) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.00Lakh Lac between which should be supported by necessary certificate issued between 04-04-2017 to 17-04--2017.
4.Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. 5. In case of tie for the evaluated price, the tenderer shall be selected based on the “Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects” .
