a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation; b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD); (I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) yearsdate of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 39.00 lakh under maximum 02 (two) contracts succesfully completed within the last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (III) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk .43.00 lakh (Form e-PG3 – 6); (IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier; (V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate; (VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate; (VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company); (VIII) Sample [200 gm Mashur Dal- Mota] must be submitted to in 03 (three) transparent containers to the District Jail, Sirajganj as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.(04/03/2024 PM-12:00)
