15.1 (a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 [Five] years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

15.1 (b) The minimum Specific experience is satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Supply of Poly-Propylene bag) of minimum BDT 41,00,000.00 (Tk Forty one Lac) only under maximum 01(One) contract to any Govt/Semi-Govt./Autonomous body in the last three (3) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

15.1 (c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity: Not Applicable.

16.1 (a) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitment is BDT 45,00,000.00 (Tk. Forty Five Lac) Only.

Only Supported by any of the following documents:

(a) Bank balance: Substantiated by up-to-date bank statement showing the required amount at least for 02 (two) consecutive days with day end closing balance from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of tender for this contract.

(b) Credit line(s): Authenticated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh shall be furnished unconditional credit line in accordance with the format specified (Form e-PG3-11-attached in section-6, Drawing) without alteration.
(c) Credit Facilities: Substantiated by credit sanctioned letter and outstanding credit statement from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender for this contract.

(d) Working Capital: Substantiated by last year Audit Report/ Balance Sheet.
