a) Reputed contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in similar nature Building or indoor complex Construction work. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Trade License & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Concerned officer of the department from a Government or Autonomous Organization.
d) The Experience certificate with concerned NOA and work order must be submitted along with the Tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted.
e) The valid experience certificates of FY 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 must be submitted seperately.
f) Valid documents for ongoing works or recently received NOA or work order must be submitted along with the tender.
g) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS and PPR-2008, PPA-2006 with latest amendment.
