Eligibility of Tenderer :	(i)Tender(s)/JVCA (each of the partners ) must have 5 years of general experience in Public Construction Works. (ii) Tender(s) Must have Up to date (a)Trade License, (b)VAT Registration Certificate, (c) Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (d) Electrical ABC License & Supervisory License (ii) Tender(s) Must have at least 1 number of Building Construction Works experience including Foundation works, Civil,Sanitary Works and Internal/Externel Electrical Works of minimum Tk.210.00 Lac in a Single Tender in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 years verified by the Concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that District/Area. In JVCA the lead Partner must Satisfy 100% of the Experience. (iii)The Tenderer(s) must have a minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 435.00 lac during last 5 Years. Turnover must be supported by the total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sectors. (iv) Tender(s) Must have free funds (Liquid assets/ Working Capital ) Tk. 95.00 Lac. Supporting documents must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
