All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. 1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system. 2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, Liquid Asset Certificate etc) of the tender as mapped in the e-GP system must be valid so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
3. Tenderers are requested to fill the necessary information properly and by uploading necessary documents, which will be considered for tender evaluation.
4. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the e-GP system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. Tenderer of Poor Performance shall not be eligible for this tender.
