a) Up to date Trade license.
b) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
c) Up to date VAT Registration Certificate.
d) Required liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities Tk. 10.50 Lac, as a proof of liquid asset at least a deposit/balance in any schedule Bank of Bangladesh of Tk. 10.50 lac (Supported by Bank statement). Date will be counted between the date of publication of Tender notice & date of Tender submission.
e) Any other criteria as per TDS & PCC.
f) Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed.
