Eligibility of Tenderer : All tenderer enlisted in e-GP having following qualification:

• A satisfactory completion of similar work at least Tk. 1,30,000.00 (One lac thirty thousand) only under single contract over a period of last 5 (five) years.
• The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2,00,000.00 (Two lac) only over the last 5 (five) years. (The Construction turnover will be calculated only from payment certificate and not from experience certificate).
• The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,50,000.00 (One lac fifty thousand) only.

Note: 01. Letter of authorization for this tender must be uploaded and the date of sigining of authorization will have to be after publising date of tender proposal as per notice. Otherwise the tender will be Non-responsive as per ITT clause-14.1(f) & 26.4.

02. The successful tenderer must submit monthly report about missing of trees and tree plantation up to 01 (one) year after completion of the work. When the number of trees are found missing or dead due to any reason, the successful tenderer must replace that the number of trees as soon as possible. (as per PCC Clause 19.1).
