Qualification Criteria--	(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Five (5) years; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (b) The specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of Climate Resilient Houses or equivalent under at least 02 (Two) contracts of similar nature, complexity and method/ construction technology of Climate Resilient Houses or equivalent successfully completed within the last Five (5) years, with a value of minimum Tk. BDT 220.00 Lakh (Three Crore Twenty Five Lakh) in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies. Work completion certificates shall be submitted in CPTU prescribed format with work order & completion certificate (The years counting from the date of Publication of Invitation of Tenders in the News Paper).
