01.The minimum number of general experience of the Tenderer in the civil construction works shall be four(04) years. 02. A satisfacroty completion of Construction of at least three no’s Substation related Works or same nature of works under Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous Organization amounting not less than taka Fifteen Lac (15,00,000/-) only as a Prime Contractor under Single of contract/ Work Order over a period of last three(03) yeas shall be required. Work order and satisfactory completion certificate shall have to be enclosed. 03. The requried average annual construction turnover shall be greater than least taka fifty Lac (50,00,000/-) only over the last three (03) years. 04. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka Fifteen lac (15,00,000/-) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of Commitment for Bank’s. Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7) 05. The Tenderer shall have an experience of work in 132/33 kV Energized & Running Grid Substation Yards & KPI Installation. 06. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract. 07. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. 08. The Tenderer shall have a Civil Engineer with membership of IEB. IEB membership certificate shall have to be enclosed. 09. The Tenderer shall have a Diploma Engineer with at least three years experience. Experience certificate shal have to be enclosed. 10. Joint venture will not be allowed for this Tender. 11.
