This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:

1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of General experience of Construction works.

2. The Minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(One) RCC Framed structured Building Construction including Civil, Internal Sanitary and Internal Electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 270.00 (Two hundred and Seventy) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.

3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 670.00 (Six Hundred and Seventy) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.

4. The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 110.00 (One hundred and ten) Lac.

5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 335.00 (Three hundred and thirty five) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments). 

6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license from electrical licensing Board Bangladesh.

7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7)

All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.

According to Administrative approval latter of Bangladesh Police Head Quarter Vid memo no: 44.01.0000.043.21-2023/20170 Date: 22/02/2024, Joint Venture, Consortium or Associations (JVCA) shall not be accepted. 

The minimum qualification requirements of Leading Partner and other Partner(s) of a JVCA shall be as follows :
