Tenderer shall submit with it's e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Valid and up to date Trade License, Tax Payment Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate
and Bank Solvency Certificate
2. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 800,000.00
(Eight lakh ) .
3. All relevant brochures and catalogs should be submitted(If any).
4. Authorization Letter to submit the Tender on behalf of Tenderer (If any)
5. National ID of Authorized Person
6. Other's Documents mentioned in the TD
