This invitation for Tenders is open to all e-GP system registered eligible Tenderers as mentioned below ; a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works. b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in the successful completion of at least 1 (One) number RCC building construction work of Tk.12.00 (Twelve) Lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 5 (Five) years. c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during the last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 10.00(Ten) Lac. Only Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector are to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover. d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 7.50 (Seven point five) Lac in the prescribed form (PW2A).
e) Tenderer, who failed to start the work in any project of Health Engineering Department (HED), Moulvibazar Division, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare without any reasonable cause can’t take part in this e-Tender notice.
f). Tenderer who doesn’t completed repair works & re-construction of Community clinic upto FY 2022-2023 will not eligible for this tender process.
g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected
Repair and maintenance works of the UHFPO room, sanitary & plumbing work at the delivery room, and Construction of the main gate of Juri UzHC at Moulvibazar district.
