The Invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
(a) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience on similar nature of work in
a single work order amounting not less than Taka 35.00 lakh within the last 05 (five) years
in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be
issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of
concern Department/Organization.
(b) Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Taka 75 lakh over the last
05 years (best 03 years of last 05 years. All work completion certificates must be enclosed
with the Tender.
(c) Minimum Liquid Assets/ credit facilities shall be Taka 20 lakh in prescribed formate.
(d) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt. /Semi -Govt/Autonomous Organisation
will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(e) Up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT, BIN registration
certificate etc.
(f) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data
Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(g) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and its
amendment
