Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) General Experience: Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Construction Works from the date of Publication of IFT in news paper. b) Specific Experience: Having Experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of construction/renovation work of Tk. 270.00 ( Two Hundred Seventy) Lakh in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) c) Minimum average annual construction turnover: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (Five) years of Tk. 1500.0 (One thousand and Five Hundred ) Lakh (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
