a) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk.80.00 Lac for Supplying & Installation of 500-KVA Electrical Sub-Station works under a Single contract over a period of Last 5 years shall be required. ( Any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies.) b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets (Form PG3-8) i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 80.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation. c) Contractors who are submit bids at abnormally higher/lower than the official estimated cost will not be acceptable without satisfactory explanation and rate analysis.
d) Necessary Documents to be submitted :(i) Upto date renewed ABC Category Electircal Contractor License & Electircal Supervisory License from Electircal Licensing Board .(ii) NID Certificate (iii) Valid Trade License (iv) Upto date Income tax clearance certificate (v) VAT registration certificate.
e) The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the Installation of 500-KVA Electrical Sub-Station and 3KWp Solar System Works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
f) The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the Installation of electrical equipment works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
g) Manufacturing Authorization of sub-station and solar system should be submitted along with the tender.
h) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
