1. A satisfactory completion of similar types of works in RHD at least Tk 20.00 Lac under a single of contract(s) over a period of 05(Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal. 2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 160.00 Lac over the last 05(Five) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal. Necessary Working/Payment certificates along with a seperate sheet showing calculation of average annual construction turnover shall be submitted with the tender. Certificates should be numbered cronologically on top right corner and according to sequential order five years turnover should be brought from those pages. Then summed up and divided by 5. Without this calculation his/her tender will be considered as non-responsive. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderer shall be Tk18.00 Lac between which should be supported by necessary certificate issued between 18-04-17 to 8-05-17.
