Contract Award-- | The amount of Performance Security shall be 10% of the Contract Price Submitted in favour of Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer/ West, Bangladesh Railway, Rajshahi in the form of Pay order/Bank draft/ Bank Guarantee valid until the date of (Two years + 28 days) beyond the date of completion of the Contract. |
