Eligibility of Tenderer :	Must have Valid work license as a civil construction contractor at any Government, Semi government or Autonomous organizations. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last five (5) years with a value of at least Tk. 25 (Twenty Five) lakh of any Government, Semi government or Autonomous organizations. The required annual construction turnover is average of the best three (3) years among the last five (5) years with a value of Tk. 40 (Forty) lakh. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30 (Thirty) lakh. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 30 (Thirty) lakh.
