1) Tenderers must have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of Related works.
2) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 40 lac of single contract of Similar Goods and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous organization. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3) Tenderer have to submit Manufacturer Authorization letter as per prescribed format for Pump from the Manufacturer/Distributor/Dealer for the mentioned project.
4) The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 45 (forty five) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
5) The tenderer must have ABC Category and Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board.
6) The tenderer shall be Technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet.
7) The tenderer provide all certificates and necessary papers will hate to be submitted in respective forms as mentioned in the tender document.
8) The tenderer must provide company profile, Machinery list and list of CV for Technical personnel.
9) Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (coloured) of original documents.
10) Tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
11) Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & other part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
