1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be Five (05) years. 2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction work of at least One (01) contract (s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk.22.00 lacs in Govt/ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh in a single structure(Ongoing work or Uncompleted work will not be acceptable and Result is Non-Responsive). 3) Who have had a minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 05(Five) years of Tk 23.00 lacs (Total=23.00x5=115.00 lacs). (From IFT to Backward 5 years). 4) The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets of Tk -11.00 lacs. In case of working capital a) For Bank balance i) supported by a balance sheet regarding balance in any day b) For credit Facilities i) Enclosed a credit sanctioned letter regarding Credit Number and Credit balance c) For Credit line/ Credit commitment i) Credit line/ commitment will be unconditional. The Liquid Assets must be within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender. 5) Tenderer who possessed i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iii) Valid TIN certificate iv) NID Card. 6) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS) and 7) According to the Honorable Prime Minister’s office order Memo No:-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 dated 30.08.2018 defaulter Contractor/Firms who cannot complete any work at EDUCATION ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT in due time without any specific reason or work quality is inferior is Ineligible to Participate in this tender, If any one Participate his tender will be declared as Non- Responsive.
