Tenderer must submit the following documents otherwise will be disqualified:-
1. All tenderer regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit tenders providing their valid trade license, VAT registration, income tax payment certificate (with TIN) and bank solvency certificate according to tender data sheet (TDS)
2. Tenderers from following countries are not eligible: - Israel
3. Materials, equipment and associated services from the following countries are not eligible: Israel
4. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply passenger lift & construction work ( civil, steel structure, electrical etc) as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor shall be 3 years.
5. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in supply passenger lift & construction work of at least 01 (one) contracts of construction successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years each with a value of at least TK. 2,41,19,143.00
6. The required average annual construction turnover shall be grater than TK.4,13,47,102.00 over best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years.
7. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line of the tenders shall be TK. 87,50,000.00
8. The minimum capacity shall be TK. 2, 51,52,820.00
9. There should be a site visit by the contractor, after site visit contractor will submit a report. This report is mandator at the time of evaluation.
