Tenderer Should be fulfiled below criteria , otherwise disqualified:
1. Valid e-TIN Certificate.
2. Tenderer have upto date VAT, INCOME TAX, TRADE License Certificate and Acknowledgement Receipt/ Certificate of Return of Income.
3. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 02 years of General experience in the supply of similar kinds of goods.
4. Tenderer shall have specific experience as Supplier in supply of goods at least Tk.7,00,000.00 under one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years,
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10,00,000.00
6. Country of Origin must be same as Mentioned in BOQ for Item No 8.
