a) Enlistment of Education Engineering Department who have paid renewal fee for the current financial year.

b) Reputed bonafied Firm/Organization/Manufacturer/Authorized agent having minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in manufacturing & Supplying New Furniture Works (Goods) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
c) Up to date Trade License, Tax clearance certificate, NID, VAT & TIN certificate .
d) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (One) number of similar nature of ( Furniture Supply) work Tk.20.00 Lac in a single contract in Govt./Semi – Govt. organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
e) The amount of Performance Security shall be 10 (Ten) percent of the Contract Price and 5 (Five) percent Retention Money shall be deducted from the successful Tenderer’s payable invoices during Contract implementation, if awarded the Contract.
f) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 Lac. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
g) Bill will be paid in accordance with fund availability..
h)The tenderer should submit rate analysis with the consistent current market price at the time of tender submission.

i)  The Authority reserves the right to suspend/cancel any tender. In this case, no claim will be accepted.
