The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderers/Contractor who have comply the following condition:-
(a) The Tenderer must have minimum 05(five) years general experience in Sub-station & Generator supply &installation works in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organisation.
(b) Experience in successful completion of at least 02 Nos of minimum 630 KVA Sub-station & 01 No 150 KVA,01 No 200 KVA Generator with H.T & L.T cable and necessary related accessories in a single contact amounting         Tk 300.00 lac within the last 05(Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. Certifying authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(c) The tenderer submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate & ABC category Electrical Contractor and Supervisory license, Work Programme in Bar Chart etc.
(d) The required Average Annual Construction turn over shall be grater than Tk 265.00 lac during last 05(five) year in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 225.00 lac to be
submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2A-3 from. The document submitted along with thetender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date.
(f) The tender capacity shall be Tk 310.00 lac. The tenderer must submit a calculation sheet in this regard. Thetenderer must submit list of contract agreement, up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed
contract under public sector.(g) Manufture authorization with mentioning Country of Origin. If the any product is imported authorization leter would be mother organization. (h) For more detail clearification follows in the TDS.

(b) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in providing, installation testing &Commissioning minimum 02 Nos 500 KVA sub-station equipment & 02 Nos 150 KVA generator with H.T & L.T cable and necessary related accessories at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk 300.00 (Three hundred) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.

(c) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate, ABC Contractor’s and supervisory license.

(d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 1060.00 (One thousand sixty) lac over the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.

(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e.,working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 220.00 (Two hundred twenty) lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by any scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date in e-GP portal.

(f) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.330.00 (Three hundred thirty) lac. In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS.  

(g) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(five) years.

(i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years.

(ii) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in providing, installation testing &Commissioning minimum 02 Nos 500 KVA sub-station equipment & 02 Nos 150 KVA generator with H.T & L.T cable and necessary related accessoriesat least one contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk.300.00 (Three hundred) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.

The minimum capacity shall be: 310 lac

The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.330.00 (Three hundred thirty) lac. In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS.

The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 265 lac over the last 5 years.

(a) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 1060.00 (One thousand sixty)lac over the last 5 (five) years.
